"Best Whataburger to go to in my opinion. At least in terms of drive-thru. Yeah it's a bit tight and you gotta make a wide turn to get in if you're coming in from the front of the building, but it's not usually super busy like the other one on Dyer right by where 54 crosses over, and there's not nearly as much traffic on this part of Dyer as there is by the Whataburger beside the Chick-fil-A on Airway. Food is the same as any other Whataburger, service is always friendly."

"Is there a shortage of lettuce? I swear the Whataburger at 3500 Thompkins has a difficult time adding lettuce. Then today, they didn’t even put pickles and minimal jalapeños. Get it together."

"I always place a mobile order for curbside during breakfast at this location and they seem to never bring my order out. I always have to go inside and ask for it. Especially today I waited 10 minutes past the time the app stated that my order should be ready. When I went inside I literally saw the employee prepare my meal and just toss it under the counter. She acknowledged me standing there but did not ask if I needed help. After 5 minutes of standing there the manager had to come from the back and ask if I’ve been helped. Poorly trained employees with time management and customer service."

"What is it with the northeast and having the worst people employed? The majority of fast food restaurants here have rude, couldn’t care less, people that don’t want to work but this whataburger is the worst. Waited forever in the drive pickup spot and finally went in to get my food. No line, inside or drive thru so they weren’t busy. My bag was just sitting there. Told them I ordered 20 minutes ago. What looked like the manager just looked at a young kid he went to get bag and handed it to me. The manger looked at me like I messed up her morning and the kid just gave me bag. I asked him if they even check their orders that I’ve been waiting out there for while. He didn’t even acknowledge me. No apologies, nothing. Worst, which is a shame because northeast is so beautiful and has a lot to offer."

"Whataburguer is definitely my favorite hamburger restaurant. What compelled me to do this review is that, unlike in other sites, this team was having fun and taking care of business. They were all hustling and giving prompt and friendly service without stressing out."
