"This is definitely my favorite Whataburger in El Paso. The food is always somewhat timely, compared to others, and the meals stay consistently tasty. The veggies are always fresh, the soda machine is calibrated well, and the service, despite always being busy, exceeds expectations for a fast food restaurant. Jessica, one of the team members, was such a sweetheart. She checked up on us, and was kind, fast, and friendly - kudos to her! Whataburger always hit, regardless of the time of day… but this one always hits the mark."

"Had pre-order a #7 to go since I only had a 20 min break from work. When they take my meal to me to the parking spot, I checked my bag and as always no napkins or ketchup. I asked the employee for some and he took 5 min to come back out with them. I get back to work and I bite into my burger and it was practically a paper-thin and dried out patty. There were pieces missing of the patty!! C'mon Whataburger, you guys used have some juicy burgers and better service. Oh and the onion rings were over fried that the whole meal was dissapointing that I ended up throwing it away."
