"The food is always delicious here. But why do the young people work at places? They hate and take it out on the customers that's the only complaint"

"The burgers were delicious but the fries were below standard. I have to order no Salt do to an issue with too much sodium, but I expect to receive fresh fries. What I have been getting are refried fries. That's when a staff member thinks it's faster to wash the salt off a ready batch by throwing them back into the fryer after they've been salted. Not only does that cook some of the salt into them but it scorches and changes their flavor. Anyone who has worked fast food can easily recognize this lazy shortcut. Unfortunately it doesn't just happen at Whataburger. I really don't mind waiting an extra 3 or 4 minutes for the freshly cooked unsalted fries that I ordered. Other than that the staff has been very courteous and friendly."

"I ordered ahead for curbside. We arrived on time and waited over 15 minutes for our order. This was not the first time this particular store has disappointed me. Don't get me wrong. I love Whataburger in general. However this store will be one I don't think I will return to in the future."

"It's a real shame that this used to be one of the better whataburgers in town, now it's just completely gone down hill at this point. Customer service here is essentially non-existent, the employee came to our table and gave us the wrong order despite the numbers that were assigned to us being on full display, cashiers don't know how to customize orders as I simply ask for no pickles on my burger it took them several minutes to accomplish that, and finally, just complete and utter rudeness from the staff, with the inclusion of sideeye glares, poor attitudes from clearly from not wanting to be working there, and the unprofessionalism from management. Oh how the mighty have fallen."

"Went thru drive thru and like always they always give me some cold trail fries fries freaking annoying to me as long as I waited I should of gotten fresh fries not happy and nothing more irks me spending my hard earn on trash cold food I’m livid …. Money wasted and I need a refund asap"
