"My husband and I went for Valentine Lunch to try Melting Pot for the first time (Reserved ahead of time). We were sat immediately and it was an absolute delight thanks to our waiter, Jesse. He is kind, took time to answer our questions thoroughly, and made sure to check up on us during our 5 course meal. First time we've done something like this, it was a blast! Thank you to Jesse, the cooks, and bartender for making this a great experience."
"If you want something different for dinner I recommend here. We had the 5 course meal and it was amazing. They did rose pedals on the table like requested. Just everything was perfect you have to do this at least once. Joe was out server and he was very helpful and just helping us with any of our needs."
"Saturday, January 6th, 2024 my husband and I went to Melting Pot for the first time. Neither of us has ever had fondue. We made reservations, online. And we're quickly seated once we entered the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing, even with it being as busy as it was. A full house, I think. But, it wasn't loud. We were only seated a few minutes when, the hostess? Nora, I believe. Came and brought us water. She explained that it was a very busy night and it might take our waiter longer than normal to get to us. And if we needed anything/had any questions, to feel free to flag her down and she'd be happy to answer them. We were both very pleased by this. You don't get that at most restaurants. Anyways! So we looked over the menus for a little bit, decided on what we wanted to do, (The Bigger Night Out) and waited for our waiter to come by. Happily chatting and watching the football game. Joe, our waiter, came and asked if we were ready to order or did we need more time. We let him know this was our first time here and he quickly got excited and asked if we had any questions, we did and he answered them perfectly. He made a few suggestions. Which we took lol. He knows better than we do after all. Joe was so sweet and attentive. He apologized, profusely, for his absence. In return we reassured him he was doing a wonderful job and to not worry too much about us, we were very much enjoying ourselves. The service was just *chef's kiss!* Joe made our first experience at The Melting Pot a memorable one. Whether he thinks so or not. ☺️ we had an amazing time and hope to return, at least a few times, before we leave EP."
