"Customer service was bad!! You need a code to use the restroom! And you can’t get any refills on your drink even tho we were eating there and the cleaning lady was also rude I had my feet on the chair and probably it wasn’t right to have them there but she could have said it in a polite way like “hey can you please take your feet off?” but no she said “Baja tus patas” ???? And btw I wasn’t the only girl who had them on a chair but she didn’t tell the other lady anything."
"Burgers were normal, but the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. Not what I expected from McDonald's. Friendly staff tho so I didn't harass them after they replaced the first drink. But I won't order sweet tea here again ever. Lowered my rating. This isn't Mexico, if you're calling an order out, say it in english too. Not everyone speaks Spanish. So ignorant"
"If I could give 0 starts I would. Always messing up my order. Rude employees and ugly faced managers. Worst McDonald in El Paso. And they over charge compared to the other McDonald’s. I think they’re taking advantage of the immigrants downtown."
