"The location needs attention. The employees didn't notice or didn't care the tea dispenser was leaking. It caused a mess around the beverage area. I can only imagine they didn't clean up the area. They didn't have servers to take the food to the customers. I missed the service from other locations. The food didn't make up for the lack of service. Maybe it was a Sunday?"

"I went through the drive thru and the person at the window forgot to give me my order. I called and the manager stated it was my fault because I drove off. AFTER the person at the window said “thank you have a nice day.” She told me she would refund me and to go back for my order and they would re make it. I drove 20 minutes back and the woman the window handed me the same food that has been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point. When I asked if they re made it she came back and handed me my refund. She claimed the manager was too busy to come to the window. The manager came to the window and handed me the food without saying a word and closing the window. When I got home I found my food broken and thrown inside of the box. Soggy and cold. The order was not re made. Terrible service"

"Do not go if it's 20 min before closing; I understand if closing and no prepped food left; I was told it was ok and ordered to go since they were cleaning; I ordered 2 #1's and after I paid and was waiting for my order I was told they didn't have anymore steak, They said they had enough for one combo and the other would be chicken; I said ok no problem; I ended up with 2 hard shell tacos 2 ground beef and 2 nasty chicken that looked like baby food; I had to ask for boxes to pack my own food to go. I wish I had taken photos. I like Taco Cabana, just not the best that night at this location"

"I love taco cabana but for some reason every time I go to this specific location my food is never made good. It always seems like they just slap everything on in a hurry. Like the first couple times I came to this location I was like ehh it happens sometimes but like I said this happens literally every time I’ve stopped by this one. Hopefully they will improve"
