"My review is not based off of one visit, rather a compilation of a regular customer who visits multiple times a week. Sometimes we go, always preorder through the app and pick up at the drive thru, and service is top notch as you would expect from this chain, but others I leave there thinking that me ordering there was an inconvenience. Service is so hit or miss, but majority of time the workers are rude and snappy. When I have brought this to the managers attention, he is always very polite and understanding, but I just don’t see improvement from visit to visit. This location is less than a mile from my house, but I will now drive to the location that is 5 miles away just to avoid having to interact with the staff at this location."

"Customer service is definitely not a priority here. They take your order at times it is a what else what else what else. Then when you tell them exactly what you want they miss items instead of them repeating order to make sure it’s correct you find out when you pay that that your missing something. Then you try to get there attention . They see you but since your a inconvenience bye interrupting there personal conversation with there coworkers that you can tell is not work related you get the stink eye . Great job team ."

"I had not gone in a while. I was surprised. I got a discount. I rarely do chicken sandwich. It was good. In a fast food place I like to refill my drink. I like to do it myself. I noticed that all soda stations were behind the counter. This may be for protection so people don't take more than what they paid. I was upset about this. I told my coworker that they should have a server come and ask if we needed a refill since I can't go do it myself. My drink was out and wanted more. Since I was eating inside for lunch I stayed my hour. Sometime in the middle of my hour the food server came up and said if I needed a mint. I said yes and asked if I could get a refill. He said yes and refilled my drink. I felt that the service was better than what I expected. I will go back and try something different. It's the little things that make your dinning experience more pleasant."

"This will be my last time visiting this location for a while. I have no idea what is going on but the last few times I have gone the food quality has gone way down. This morning I got breakfast and the egg white I received was paper thin and rubbery. We also got a sausage sandwich and the sausage was dry and hard like cardboard. We have ordered both of these menu items many times and never had issues until recently."
