"Check your orders every time you order through drive through... these employees weren't even as busy like I have seen before. And now I have to go back get the rest of my lunch. Quick to charge but you don't get your complete order. This not the 1st time! I'm not ever going to this restaurant on mesa street."

"They should check their soda machines to make sure they are good. We went through the drive through and didn't notice until we got home that the Sprite was horrible, couldn't go back to the long line for nothing but a soda. Definitely won't be back . Very disappointed."

"They purposely slow down the drive thru and often give me the wrong sauces or order when I specifically order something. Very unreliable service. Just had a mild fender bender occur in front of my car and they held up the entire line instead of moving the cars out of the line. Terrible line control. This in not fast food."

"The food itself wasn’t bad but customer service and order accuracy was lacking. I ordered 2 diet lemonades and received regular lemonade for both… I had also asked for extra condiments and after repeating myself 3 times at the speaker box while the person taking my order said “okaaaaaay” several times they still failed to fulfill the request.. a little disappointed."

"This place is a hit and miss customer service is don’t ask for a manager it’s a waste of time they do what they feel like anyhow. The biggest issue is customer service there’s a tall light skinned guy with glasses that is very unprofessional. He usually works the window don’t ask for condiments with your order he gets irritated and gives an attitude . We just don’t understand how someone like this works with customers . Make sure you double check your order most likely you will be missing items . Then they act like it’s your fault . One of the worst locations I’ve ever been too I’m just truly disappointed that it’s the closest one."
