"I was so excited to get out and go have a fresh hot mama’s pizza. Waited 20 minutes. They were not even busy the managers there and all the young people that are working there are walking around talking and all their phones. Apparently, the girl said she called my name three times and they were not busy And I did not hear her so they bought up my pizza so it sat there for 10 minutes for us to wait to get up and check on the pizza Then they said they would take it out of the box and put it back on the tray and give it to me by that time I was pretty upset and just wanted a refund Sad to say, this mama’s pizza has gone down and you know it’s the managers fault he should’ve did a better job keeping up with his orders and his crew I will have to take the long trip to the mamas Pizza in Burleson. Next time I hear they are an amazing establishment and worth the drive."

"We usually go to the camp Bowie location, but recently moved and now this Bryant Irvin is much closer. Tonight was our 6th time to try this location, and we won’t go here again. The service is good, but the pizza has been bad and inconsistent each time. One time it was way underbaked, under sauced, way too much cheese. We always get the mamas size, and it always seems way smaller than the camp Bowie location. I always order the Italian salad with no olives. They have put olives on it 5 times out of 6. And tonight, the pizza was so over baked, that my kids wouldn’t even eat it. And they looooove mamas. Sad to say we won’t be back and will drive the extra way to camp Bowie location for the consistent pizza."

"Well we took our family of 16 to celebrate at Mama's Pizza doing lunch. The pizza said out for hours. We asked for fresh pizza but the cashier said that she was doing the best that she could and and she kept bringing pieces that we didn't eat. We called back to ask for the manager after spending $160 and he tell us that is a turkey shoot when you go to the buffet and they just put out what they want to put out but I told him we was the only one in the restaurant. Why can't they give us what we want to eat after spending $160? I don't understand that he wasn't any help. We'll never go to that restaurant ever again because of customer service is sorry."

"The food is good as others have said, but also as others have said, we waited an hour for pizza (dine in). This would have been fine had we have known, but when we ordered and paid we were not told the wait was so long. It appeared many to go orders came in and left while we waited. Pizza was good, worth an hour? Not to me personally."

"Really enjoyed myself here. The service was excellent, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was great, loved the gluten-free options."
