"I wanted to order pizza for dinner last night. I called and the phone rang and rang. I hung up and called again. Someone picked up but all I could hear was the employees joking around with each other and not answering the call. I called 4 times to get someone on the line, same thing going on. I won't use that Pizza Hut again! What kind of employees do you hire? I can already see how you're losing money and the Pizza Hut reputation. Sherrie Legendre"

"This Pizza Hut sucks when it comes to getting a delivery correct. The website lets you choose delivery and then when they mess it up they say it comes through DoorDash. No where on the website does it say that the deliveries are through DoorDash. It never fails that they always forget something and then it takes over an hour to get the forgotten items to you."

"Don't order from this location if you want your order to be correct. I ordered from here for delivery and my order was missing an item or two. I called them up and let them know the situation and they said they would send the missing items out. 3 hours later, never arrived. They also use DoorDash now and those drivers don't care. Thanks Pizza Hut! Edit: I'm not emailing you. You can't fix this. I dont want a discount on a future order. Which you wont get btw. Do better."

"Benji Pierre demonstrated what customer service is what it’s all about….Whenever I come to this McCart location food is always fresh and hot all the time. He makes sure that our order is correct be leaving the restaurant. If you’re ever in the area of SW Fort Worth,Tx asked for Benji. This is my second review on this location. The 1st time I didn’t know this guys name until Tuesday when we ordered pizza I had the pleasure of seeing him again….This time I made sure to get his name! Benji needs to be recognized for his excellence and outstanding performance leadership skills. He demonstrates it over phone as well in person all the time! Thank you Pizza Hut of McCart"
