"Like most businesses in Devine, this one severely lacks customer service. Management doesn't know what the staff is telling customers and likes to argue with the customer about it. Staff is uninformed on policies and generally do not care about anyone. The app and the store do not know what the other is doing. Store always has issues and I end up losing most of my reward points due to the store not having the item. If you want decent service, just go to castroville."
"Not only do they take their sweet time, they didn't even get my order right. Sometimes the staff don't hide the flirting they do with each other and their behavior is completely unacceptable."
"Stood behind a gentleman who was ordering in-person and when he paid, the cashier said she couldn't give him his 3 pennies because she "didn't have it". Then when I paid and the drawer opened, I saw an entire roll of pennies. Need to be careful with that, that is theft."
