"Chic Fila is my favorite fast food restaurant, with that being said. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chic Fila. I have signature status on the app. Every single table in the entire place was filthy, took forever to get my food. Not busy at all so there is no excuse whatsoever"

"These guys like so many others excel at their drive-thru. Hubby for the first time was very pleased with his large fries!!! Wahoo!!! Hardly any crumbs and little leavings at the bottom. The Mac and cheese was HOT and so very yummy!!!"

"They have 2 lines open wit pple outside taking orders but they were so long. I had ck sandwich which were not great but okay Mac and cheese not to my style either. Love the waffle fries. Maybe they need to get together and make chili cheese fries because I would take the fries over everything"

"As someone who was a kitchen manager at chick-fil-a for some time, this is by far the nastiest biscuit i’ve ever seen or tried ever. They are burnt, chewy and still somehow raw in the middle. I don’t know if the person who made the biscuits just didn’t know how to do a right mixture or even left them in too long or at a too high temp but if i saw these at my store they would have been thrown away. I understand chick-fil-a being busy and fast paced but it’s always Quality over Quantity, i’d have rather waited the 10 mins for a new batch of biscuits than being served this. Just extremely disappointed because it’s not that hard to make a good biscuit. also not sure why y’all are making them square not circular, y’all are weird for that."
