"I love Raising Canes so much. My last experience wasn’t the best. When I got to the window to get my food, they read back an order and asked me if that was what I had ordered. Of course it wasn’t so I let them no that o didn’t order that. Then they didn’t have both of my drinks made because they could only see one drink on the order. Once I got my second drink it was the wrong size. I had to showed my receipt, voluntarily, so they knew that I had for sure ordered a drink. They were pretty busy at the drive thru. This was not the best experience I have ever had with them. I will still continue to go to Raising Canes. One bad experience doesn’t ruin it for me."

"Love love Canes! Location is close to home and they’re always quick. Food is great per usual, but the workers outside taking my order today were teasing each other, messing around on each others iPads and extremely unprofessional. They were making fun of who was going to “have” to take my order and so preoccupied with teasing one another I had to stop to restart my order several times due to being interrupted by their behavior. Not the best customer service today from what seemed like high schoolers and high school behavior."

"Employees were friendly, kind, and efficient. Cane’s simple menu makes ordering a breeze. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Like always, the chicken was tender and delicious. The bread was the perfect amount of butter and the right amount of toasting. Hard to beat the winning combination of hot, fresh, fast and delicious chicken."
