"I only have a 30 minute lunch. Went threw drive thru. I ordered a original chicken sandwich. With Chelsea and pickles. They made sure to charge , for the cheese. . They sure didn't put it ,on my sandwich..I called also ,but no one answered. I pretty sure,They could do better,if they cared.or took the time to read."

"When I entered the restaurant the person already at the counter was complaining of receiving the wrong order. While I was ordering my own food, someone from the drive through came in to complain about the same thing.nlow and behold, once we got our food, after a twenty minute wait, half of it was wrong as well. The one positive thing I can say was that it was clean."

"Silvia was so awesome. She greeted me with a smile and took my order gladly asked how I was doing as well..I told her my car had broke down right outside in the parking lot. She checked on me outside in my car. She went way above and beyond..She offered me to come inside as well..This was at the store on 5112 Slide Road in Lubbock Texas..Please let Silvia know I appreciate her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. We need more people in the world like her in the world.."

"Stopped here to eat on a Sunday night, the restaurant was mostly clean upon entrance, the bathrooms were closed, which was a bummer, I really feel like they just don’t want to clean them otherwise, why would they close them? The employees the Restroom! The manager took our order. He was very kind and polite. Food came out quickly, and it was good! One of the Burger King in Lubbock I will stop by here again. The manager mentioned he is new, so it seems like he is doing a pretty good job because the Burger King in Lubbock lately have not been good"
