"The food was excellent. When you’re good, there is no need to nickel and dime people to death. Tea cost me $3.19. Ridiculous! The baked potato which came with my meal had no charge to it. BUT, in a real classy move, ordering it loaded, but with no sour cream ran me $1.29!!! My wife’s $8.00 margarita had $1.00 added to it for making it a sangria margarita. Come on, Texas Roadhouse! If you’re going to be one of the big boys in the restaurant business, act like it."

"Texas road house hooked it up today. Loved it! This place is banging. The food was on point the service was awesome, and they can seat so many now. I had no complaints. Will be back."

"They need people who know how to cook a steak. If it wasn’t for my kids I wouldn’t ever eat here. I’m just glad they got my salad right this time. Ask for a medium steak and it’s either rare or well done no in between."

"The last two times at the new location have been rather disappointing. We came last night for my birthday dinner with family. My mom’s ribs were so dry she had to send them back - so then she ordered a steak instead. She ordered it medium rare plus - and it came out rare as rare can be. Gag! For sure lost our appetites after that. The time before - the filet medallions were so rare and full of gristle. Blah. Our server was very apologetic but not sure we will be going back anytime soon."

"I’m tired of ordering and not getting what I asked for. I ordered medium rare because I knew I wasn’t going to get to eat it right away, and I would have to reheat it. Instead I got medium well-done. Before y’all say that the steak probably continued to cook on my way home. Not my case, the food felt semi-warm and so I thought I had my medium rare steak. I ordered the same steak 6 days ago and received medium rare then, and once again I didn’t get to it until later that night. Do I need to check my order before I drive off? I hate that y’all ask for a tip on pick up orders. Especially when y’all don’t make the orders as asked. Right now I am fuming at y’all. Tipping on a window to just get your order should not happen.Tipping before instead of after? Why? I used to wait on tables and helped people pick up their orders. There was a distinct difference between the two. How else am I supposed to get my order. As of now I can’t have it 3D printed. I don’t think I will be tipping for any of my pick up orders from now on. I am beyond disappointed with a huge dash of heartburn with the rubber beef jerky I got today."
