"I was there today around 12:50 pm, the cook was texting on his phone nonstop and preparing food without washing his hands. The manager kept leaning on the food counter with his buttocks inches away from the food on the buffet line. The only good thing was the work the guy cleaning the table was doing. Sadness and gross place."

"I like Cicis. It's affordable. This Cicis is in dire need of a remodel. The women's restroom is atrocious. One stall had a very loose toilet seat and the toilet flush handle was barely hanging on. The soap dispenser was barely usable. It was just overall not a very clean place. The pizza is good, I like it. The salad bar is pitiful. The lettuce is usually wilted and some of its brown. The tomatoes were mushy and basically inedible. None of the other salad ingredients were appealing either. The dressing bottles needed cleaning. They were slippery and hard to pick up. I probably won't go back if they don't do something about the place."

"jasmine is the best cook for personal pizzas. tommy the cashier is very energetic and very welcoming to all the guests. the busser cleaning and picking up plates was outstanding. food was fresh, very well prepared. 4.5 quality in my personal opinion."

"Food was good, place was clean and staff were pleasant but it was so cold in there that you could see your own I ibreath. We were so cold we couldn't enjoy our meal. I went to speak to the cashier about how cold it was and she said "I know, it is cold" and smiled. Other customers were also letting other staff members know that it was to cold in there. This is why I'm giving today's dinning experience at Cici's in Callan a 2 star rating. Thank you."
