"This isn't a review on subway it's more about the manager. The manager Marisol is a real piece of work. She treats her employees like trash. It's been 3 times that she hasn't went back to her employees and yelled at them and I can only assume it always happens. That is not a way that you should treat your employees and hopefully she's gets reprimanded and/or reported to the better business bureau and gets her manager license taken away."

"I ordered on 4/1/2020 and when I ordered I called to make sure that I ordered correctly on the app. The man I spoke assured me that my order would be fix and, that I could get a refund. Then when I picked up my order one sandwich was the wrong size an when I called back to have it fix he brought the sandwich out but it was toasted which I didn't ask for an the other half was not."
"In September the manager found my cell pooobone In the bathroom at the time I was 3 hours away and she said she will have my cell phone mailed to me. And nothing yet. she says she lives 1 hr away from the subway. And keeps telling me she doesn't know why the post office isn't sending it. I'm needing some one over this manager to contact me."
