"Called to place an order about an hour and a half before they closed, and the man on the phone said we had to come I'm to the store to place an order. So I came to the location, and the service and employees gave poor customer service. There was a guy vaping in the food prep area. A guy on his phone touching food products. To top it off, they were supposedly out of flavors and ranch for fries. The place was a mess. It was over all a bad experience. The managers need to have a pep talk with their employees to do better."

"I was picking up a delivery order. I waited over 20 minutes. Yes they were busy. The restaurant didn't even look like it was open. Customers had to take their own chairs down. The drink machine was gross like it hadn't been cleaned in days and they were out of peach tea. When I went to get my order she asked me to confirm it like they are supposed to. I explained to her I had already accidentally done it a long time ago. I still had my phone towards her showing the name to deliver to. She was rude pulled back the bag and said I still need to see it. I told her I had been waiting a long time and the name was on the screen. She was still rude and told me I didn't have to be rude and I told her I am showing you the name on the screen. She finally gave it to me and I left. I understand people get busy, but that was ridiculous."

"I ordered takeout for lunch here on 4/24 to be ready at 12:45. My food was hot and fresh and ready for pickup on time. I got the boneless meal deal with Hot Honey Rub, Cajun, Spicy Korean Q, and Lemon Pepper wings and seasoned fries. Everything was delicious, and it was more than enough for two people. What a great deal for $16.99 plus tax!"

"This place is disgusting. Everything from the dining room to the kitchen. The soda machine was out of almost every soda, cashiers we’re sitting at the counter while customers were ordering. Not a single person in the facility was wearing gloves, not even the people handling food. The cooks were vaping and openly coughing all over in the back. The floors, coke machine, windows and doors needed desperate cleaning. I would love to know what they received on their health inspection. I will definitely not be back."
