"Got all of our orders wrong and the items we did get (Green chicken enchiladas) had zero spice or much flavor. Rice and beans were pretty good, salsa was terrible. Took forever. Also, they charged us for water, which admittedly was only 50¢ but felt annoying on principle."

"Fabulous lunch at TiVo’s. The beef fajitas were perfect. Best we’ve had in Texas. I usually don’t order beef fajitas because it is often dry and overcooked. But the beef was excellent and cooked perfectly. The home made Tres Leches cake is a must have. Not too sweet, a little dense and heavenly. We’ll be back!!"

"Great food - reminds you of the dinner your abuela cooked for you. You’ll enjoy each bite. The outside facade gives a dive bar vibe but you couldn’t be more wrong. No alcohol served or allowed here. The solo service staff was all business as all tables in the place slowly filled while we dined. The cokes are served from the can but with an ice cold aluminum cup which brought back memories of my 70’s childhood. The chicken enchiladas were temp hot and served flat not rolled. The green sauce cover was perfectly tangy and spice. The Mexican plate was the winning order of our table; crispy tortilla on the beef taco, tasty breading on the relleno with delicious beef stuffing, and red cheese enchilada. The elephant in the room was the zen music and nature video playing in the corner. It’s perfect for a massage but the wrong direction for a Mexican restaurant. Any Tejano music or Mariachi tunes would have added to the experience rather than give you a question to ponder - why?"

"Amazing Mexican food. We ordered guacamole and chips, beef fajita, chicken fajita, and beef flautas. The beef from the fajita was the best beef I've had. It had crispy tips that reminded me of beef jerky but was incredibly tender. This is a must-visit restaurant if you come to Big Bend."
