"Atmosphere is typical for a Mexican food restaurant in this area. The food was so terrible the last two times. This time around I ordered one of their combos and the wife had street tacos. Kiddo had a corn dog. Corndog was so burnt, they must of had a new kitchen employee that night on the fryers. Grease under the rice, food was burnt, and the sauces felt they have been in a pan all day. When we arrived on a Sunday evening mind you the entire restaurant was empty minus 2 other tables.To top it off the manager never visited to check on our experience. They just walked around. We only returned due to someone proving us a gift card. Should this happen again we will donate the gift card. On the Border will never be an option going forward. Terrible food and experience all the way around."
"Walking in, no hostess. Waited a short time to be seated, in an almost empty restaurant. Ordered fast, got our food fast. Food was room temperature besides the fajitas of course due to the hot plate and the water the add to make it sizzle. Chicken was super dry and flavorless. Waitress attended to my needs fast but neglected the wife at all cost. Super weird eating in an empty restaurant. Time to pay, the pay by phone system doesn't work so don't try it. Overall, we will never be eating here again - ever."
"We used their catering services for a baby shower. Tracy G. the manager was so helpful and friendly. Delivery driver was friendly and spoke highly of her manager. Everything was a hit! Going to call you Tracy for our next event! Thank you"
"Loved the salsa and chips, the beer is cold. I've always enjoyed the variety of dishes available at all OTB, and the three fish tacos were no disappointment either. However, the wait staff was not as attentive as my past experiences with OTB."
