"Edit to add: The manager, Daniel, is very lazy and incompetent. I saw him sitting around doing nothing while all of his employees were busy in a rush. Took 10+ minutes to get my food just to get tiny “tenders”, water for gravy and was just told “you don’t want this” instead of idk, maybe making gravy correctly? It doesn’t take long to make… Then my fries were tough, old and not very salted at all. Their toast always tastes like cardboard now. Whataburger has really really gone down hill."

"I came into the restaurant with my service animal, as I do in all places, and they asked me to put a leash on him which I did. Then they ask me to see identification for him being a service animal and I obliged. I then sat down to eat with my mom and my service animal was in the booth next to me and a man told me that “the GM said for the safety of others” my dog couldn’t be in there. They told us we had to eat outside or leave. I cannot believe the horrible service. If you have a service animal, do not eat here"

"Very bad service today from the “manager” I ordered my food at 10:58am the cashier took my order, once the order came through the manager “yells” from the back NOPE breakfast is over with! Breakfast end at 11am & I ordered before then. I’m in the food business and you don’t cancel someone’s order because you put the eggs up early. It’s the little things you do on the customer service side you don’t turn away a customer when they placed their order before 11am. Also, the cashier said I’m sorry it’s just we don’t have anymore eggs when you do have eggs you just didn’t feel like bringing them back out. If the manager is Catherine you need to get better customer service before you wear that title!"

"The onion rings were flavorless but crunchy. The burger was messy, tasteless and felt like disappointment. I’m was really excited about the chance to eat here, but was quickly disappointed."

"Came here a couple months ago and food was borderline awful. The chicken strips were dry, the fries were soggy, and the gravy was like water. I also ordered onion rings and got a side of someone’s half-eaten sandwich in the bag as well (I wish I was kidding, I thought the wrapped sandwich in the picture was an accidental extra, but it had some very obvious bites taken out of it). Not coming here again."
