"It's a wonderful restaurant next door to El Oso Flojo Hotel. The food is authentic Mexican cuisine, with spicy salsa and great tasting food. The sopapillas were so sweet & crunchy. The service is quick, courteous and very attentive. Tejano music fills the air as you enjoy your meal. We will make sure to come back again."

"Promising location considering there wasn’t much open in the small town of Bamorhea! We waited 20 min for our drinks, and addition 30 min for our food. We ordered chef’s salad, beef quesadillas, grilled fish with veggies and 3 crispy tacos. The fish was the only meal that was good, everything else we below average!! I got charged $3.50 for a very small side of sour cream, which apparently didn’t come with my tacos! Our waitress kept apologizing for the delay on food and drinks. The atmosphere is really cute, but the slow service and below average food, was definitely not worth our time and money!! I wanted to stop by and grab something quick instead of cooking in our RV, I regretted that decision! Also, I ordered a margarita… and it was just terrible!! So stick to something in a bottle like beer so you’re not disappointed. There was a couple that sat next to us and they had a different server! It took them 30 min to just get greeted and get menus! Very disappointing."

"We were on a road trip from Arizona to Houston and we stopped off for something to eat. This place was recommended by the guy at the gas station. And it was a great choice! Although there was only 1 waitress this night she did an amazing job to help everyone and the place was packed! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. We had a great experience and we enjoyed our visit."
