"So I got a potato egg and cheese burrito. The tortilla was really good. Fluffy and not crispy. The potatoes however were over cooked. Others may like that, I get I'm weird. The hot sauce was really really good though. My wife loves the joint but she also likes crispy taters."
"This place has some of the best burritos in Lubbock Texas. It was formally called JC’S Burritos but that’s been 5+ years ago. But I really enjoy the flavor and the size of the burritos you can actually taste what you are eating today we had hamburger and potato and egg and chorizo burritos with chips and salsa. Which the salsa is bursting with good flavor and the chips are our favorite kind they are the thinner chips. But the down side is they do not have tamales"
