Only got half of what i paid back with in store purchase only, even though I had the tags. You'd think they'd try to accommodate their customers better in a situation as unacceptable as that. I wish they would do construction to take out the small stair case and ramp that joins the 2 sections of the store, but other then that I enjoy going, parking can sometimes be tricky but if you go down the residential street and not main street its easier."

"Went to three different ones in different towns because Lubbock is getting bad, but found out they are all going down hill. The sixties and seventies are over! Lace and cold shoulder tops are way overdone! The Juniors plus sizes are super limited as are the women's and plus sizes. All seem to be directed towards the older generation with no shape and all the cute stuff is for Juniors and younger. Ladies still like to look nice as do most women! I guess once I pay off my bill I'll cancel my card!"

"My mom went there, and everywhere they had signs half off. So my mom got an outfit thinking it was half off. She went to go pay for it and they said there was no sale! So my mom said she didnt want the outfit than and they yelled at her foreing her to pay. Seriously take down the stupid half off signs if there isnt any sale! And very rude! Wont go back again!"
