"Levelland Chevy has changed my entire perspective of the car-buying experience, in all the best ways. There was absolutely no pressure, no shady sales tactics, no smoke & mirrors, and they didn’t just hear me, they LISTENED. I had been shopping for a car for the better part of a month, and dealt with a multitude of the typical salesman ilk which society pretty much universally abhors. "Bought my 2022 high country from them 2 years ago. Joe was my salesman and was very pleasant and courteous to work with. Just brought it in to the service department for a few things to be checked and Chris was very friendly and on the A game. They serviced my truck and fixed the issues and had it back in 2 days. Was very impressed and my truck was clean and professional done. Very happy with the service and treatment from Chris and service and stayed on schedule. "Found new traverse on the internet. Set up the purchase. Showed up to complete purchase and vehicle had hood damage and paint damage on the back bumper and lift gate. Was assured these would be fixed and noted in our paper work. Also noted was the all weather mats that had not arrived. Finished purchase and left in our new vehicle. My wife carried it back a few weeks later to get the body work done and service knew nothing about it so, they stuck her in a random car. A week later I get a call that the car she is in sold and they need to get it and replace with another. Which they did. Around a month goes by and they tell us our car will be ready by Friday. Then Friday comes and it is Monday. Then Monday comes and it is Tuesday. So it is delivered Tuesday to our home. My wife received it from the driver and comes to my work to check everything out. They still did not put floor mats in the vehicle, nor were the tags and plates on it. The hood was fixed, and the rear bumper but the lift gate was still damaged with no repairs. I call my sales guy and he assures will take care of us. I don’t hear anything for a day or 2 I contact him again and he says he needs to find out when touch up can work on it. I’m thinking it’s a new car I want it painted not touched up with a paint marker, but don’t say anything. That was 16 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back."

Chris in Service took care of our service needs no matter how annoying my husband and I would have been.
