"Pizza was good but all the topping were only in the middle. The employees were nice but I would appreciate it if they didn’t touch my food or any other food items with their bare hands. Gloves should be worn when handling food"

"Definitely my favorite place for pizza when it’s good! Ordered pizza online for my husband to pick up this evening & we had a great experience this time around considering the other times in the past we’ve went! Pizza was perfect & the man even brought it out to my husband when it was finished. By far a better experience than the past!"

"A very good pizza. As good as every other Papa Johns I’ve had. Was kinda worried about this place with the other reviews. But no problems whatsoever. Placed the order on the app for pickup. Pizza was hot n ready on time when I got there. Staff was very friendly, place was clean and organized. Welcome to town y’all. 3 orders later: pizzas were good. But this last order, paid for the ‘3 dipping sauces’ they weren’t included. Also the included garlic sauces, 1 in each box, were opened and spilled out in the box. Check your order before you leave."

"Paid $12 for a large pizza. I got home, opened the box, and saw that it was NOT a large pizza. It is a medium pizza place in a large pizza box! Papa John’s Pleasanton, you just opened and already need new management! I guess I’m going to keep ordering from Dominos Pizza! I called and phones aren’t answered!"
