"Ms. Julie, the manager working tonight, is amazing. I have a lot of experience in food service so when I say that lady knows her stuff, I know what I'm talking about. She might as well have had 8 arms for all the work she was doing. There were a few people working that were causing the majority of the problems. When you have 4 people waiting in the lobby to pick up orders and a drive thru line around building and no fries up it's an issue. To make it worse, the kid on fry dropped half a bag of fries and just stood there watching them cook and shaking the basket occasionally. Manager calls out 4 spicy chicken, he drops 3. Has to be told to go grab a case of fries to bring to the front. Spent more time watching a lady's cleavage than worrying about fry. I get that he may be new but if that's the case, Saturday night isn't the time to try to train him. There seemed to be a lot of people standing around being confused about taking orders and handing orders out. Thank God there's no ticket time on counter orders because it would have been wrecked. Working in a restaurant is the epitome of being on a team. A few really good workers can't make the whole whole store run like it's supposed when the rest aren't even trying to pull their weight. I was surprised honestly. I visit this store a couple of times a week and I've never seen it run the way it did today. I certainly hope this doesn't become the norm."

"They usually take forever and TBH I don't mind because my good always comes out hot and fresh. But the last time they were pretty fast."

"The gravy was mssing from my order, which was very disappointing when I got home. The bathroom was not clean, and the soap dispenser was empty even though an employee was the last person in there. I guess it wasn't her chore to fix the problems."

"Doesn’t matter what time you come 4am or 4pm you will wait no less than 20 minutes for a single meal and it’s not worth it. Every time there is something going on. Hair in a burger. Credit card systems are down. Orders wrong. You pick. Currently 7:37pm on a Sunday.Definitely smelled like marijuana at the window."

"I’m very disappointed in this place, I can’t blame the staff. I’ve seen it across Texas now, since I travel a lot of work, but their food and service suffers as a 24 hrs chain. Drive thru was a 20 min wait and by the picture this has been the worst breakfast burger I’ve ever had."
