Reviews
"I love this boutique. I love the cause, they're raising money for, and what they stand for.. I have not had a bad experience yet.. this place is a great place to find old antique treasures as well."
"No signage for indication there's even a business at the location. Staffing well is lacking in helpfulness and goods are what they are. Well loved.. So confusing why they exist"
"Never know the prices of items or the daily deals, a lot of items I get home and find damage not apparent in the poorly lit space at least proceeds are for battered women a cause near to my heart."
"Since they deleted my comment from their page and blocked me after i sent the page a message, this is the next step. I had an absolutely disgusting interaction with one of the volunteers today. At 1:50 I stop by to drop off a small collection of donations. I was greeted by a girl who rudely told me that they were closed for donations because they were going to lunch (2-3pm) and that there were signs telling me the lunch hours posted all over the building. When I questioned why the hour long lunch break would be right in the middle of their already short donation time, she became even more belligerent telling me that they didn't want my donations anyway and I should take them to Salvation Army because they wouldn't have sold (2 changing pads, a baby bouncer, mens and baby boy clothes). In the time it took her to cop an attitude and berate me for simply trying to drop off a few items she could have accepted my stuff and been done. I was so shocked by her behavior that before even leaving the parking lot I called to talk to the manager about this girl. The manager excused her behavior by saying "well we need to be out of the building for lunch by 2 so that's why she closed up donations 10 minutes early" and then before I finish telling her my main point was that the girl was rude she hung up on me. When I called back no one answered. I know the owner of this store does not run her business that way in fact she has been overly generous to me and my son every time we've come in by giving him stuffed animals and setting aside vacuum cleaner toy for him. The reason I'm was writing this was because those two need to be retrained on how to communicate with customers. A simple "I'm so sorry but we're running out to lunch right now. Would you mind coming back after 3?" would have been a much better response. I will be stopping by in the morning to talk to the owner or manager in person."
