"My coil ignitions failed after they put cheap auto lite spark plugs in my vehicle. 10/10 do not recommend this place. I also got my oil changed & the guy straight up lied to my face and said he checked my PSI on tires when I clearly watched him NOT do it. They mark items off & say they checked them but in reality they don’t. They didn’t even top off my washer fluid. Don't take your vehicle here. They’re all lazy."

"Had a problem with an oil filter that came loose. It spilled almost all of its oil in our car. When I investigated the problem found the oil filter had failed. Called them 3 times about it and they said a service manager would contact me. Never did! Won't be using them anymore. We never had a problem with them up to this point and I'm glad we caught it. It could have ended badly as my wife uses it daily Update: Manager finally called. I expressed my concerns and I told him that I will no longer bring my vehicles into them for service"

"They don’t call themselves EXPRESS for nothing. I got in line, was out quick. However, for it being my first time. I got my windows cleaned, my tire pressures checked. After that, No one approached my vehicle until after 3 minutes to take my info. After that, it was quick and was outta there. The price was more than I expected though. I was charged $85 for my car. I usually get it else where but I was in town and needed an oil change."
