"This location always messes up my order and gets an attitude when I bring it to their attention. This was my very last trip and my very last dime I will ever spend at this place. Yall should be ashamed of how you treat the public when it’s us paying your salary."

"I waited 30 minutes on Sunday morning around 9:50AM with only four cars total in line. The person who took the cash at the window was also walking back to handle the food with no gloves on and not washing hands in between. I'm starting to avoid Whataburger now. It used to be so great."

"This locations manager needs to address the service issues or jump in themselves. Waiting in the drive through for an hour is not acceptable. If you truly do not have the workers needed to do both dine in and drive through, you should shut one down and let people know."

"Food was so fast I hadn't filled my drink yet, employees were happy, upbeat and friendly... One employee helped an elderly lady with her order and took it to the table for her... And went back for her drink and extra ketchup. Did was got and onion rings were cooked to order. Haven't been in a couple years because location was not doing great ...I will now be a repeat customer! Total upgrade in employees and food quality!!!!"

"I hate to be this type of customer , but I did customer service for too long in my career , and I was low key looking to a perfect meal after a long day at work , for me not to take the time. My order was completely wrong and took way too long, employees joking around in the front counter and in the kitchen area, while I was there at least 3 people from drive-thru came in with an incorrect order, other people waited longer than I did for carry out orders , manager seemed to have things out of his control , employees joking around in front of him and with him, nothing against women but mostly females in the crew made it and unpleasant visit due to service. One of the worse experiences I’ve had in a whataburger."
