Subway

"Went to subway at 9:35 PM and all the doors were locked. They had a sign that said drive-thru open until 10pm so I went to the drive-thru. I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came on the speaker. There were people throwing out trash and moving inside so they were there and just ignored me. I keep giving this location another shot and keep getting disappointed every time. The one inside the TA is much better just more out of the way for me to drive."

"Submitted my order online for pick up at 5PM, arrived at the location to find out the store closed early; therefore, I didn’t receive my order even though my money was taken! I can’t even request a refund cause the transaction is pending also, the store phones just ring so can’t discuss the situation with a live individual to get reimbursed!"

"Tried to go to subway at 9:40. The doors and drive thru wasn't open. I called and he basically said it's close enough to 10 pm. Long story short the dude is lazy AF and the employees here are horrible. 20 minutes left to eat where I wanted. Save your time. They don't value it."

"Was not greeted upon arrival, all 3 employees stood there, and then one walked to the back. One got stuck on stupid looking outside the other just standing there, ignoring our presence until I had to ask if they had meatballs. When making my sandwich completely ignored the fact I ordered 2nd cheese. My husband ordered his with extra bacon again ignored. Basic customer service is completely lacking at this location. Then again, it is big spring, so I can't expect too much from people around here. Lettuce was turning brown, tomatoes about to turn bad, bread was stale. To top everything off, they ignored an online order, customer even called to confirm they received the order they acted clueless. Laughing saying "we didn't get any order online I didn't hear anything. Come on people we are trying to get out of here." It's 530pm y'all don't close until 8pm anyways. Don't not recommend eating here."

"My food was delicious! Michelle, the new manager, is so much better than the old manager. She's so pleasant and kind! The crew didn't seem to be walking on eggshells as they were with the last manager. Justin also did a great job and had great customer service skills!"
