"I placed over 10 phone calls to this location in Plainview Texas and finally got to speak to someone in the Online pickup department on my last call. It took me 2 1/2 hours to reach someone and when I did she was rude and did not care at all that I was calling concerning an order total almost $500 $500 or five dollars it doesn’t matter customer services a key and ma’am or sir. Whoever the manager is you’re in dire need of a tuneup and customer service refresher course. Sam Walton would turn over his grave if he knew how his people are acting nowadays towards customers ."
"Order a small refrigerator had it set up so I could pick it up in 5 days. I came to pick it up and they said they had canceled it. They did not text me or call me so it was totally asinine of the manager to do something like that. I could have easily picked one up along the way and another place so I've never ordered another one at this place again"
"Well if you order a cake for pickup at 10am expect the staff to have it ready at 3:30pm and for it to be lopsided and uneven. This store always disappoints in every department from in-store stocking to online grocery orders. The only reason people put up with it is because it is one of the only stores in the area."
