"Ordered on app and only received my cookies. Tried to complain on app and kept being redirected because app wasn’t working to connect. Tried calling this location where I ordered from and they aren’t answering phones. Tried another location no answer. Tried emailing customer support and was told they can’t do anything to help me. Can’t do anything to help me???? So I order $33 worth of food and don’t get my food order or a replacement for it not arriving or a refund? This is beyond ridiculous. So I got charged for something I didn’t get. Burger King on midkiff sucks."

"Guy at register doesn’t know English. Order a triple patty whopper and got a triple patty cheese burger. Went to the manager she told me I had to pay the difference for the whopper I order at the register. I paid for my food but the guy at the register didn’t put it in right and I know she heard me placing my order. I won’t be coming back again. Customer service is horrendous and the restaurant is filthy. If you want your order messed up and be treated like trash then this is the place."

"This burger king literally has never gotten my order right. And all I ever get is 3 spicy chicken wraps, that's IT. Tonight my husband went to pick me up some spicy wraps, and they didn't even have sauce on them. It's worth driving a little further to andrews highway for, as their bk is 100x better than here. This bk SUCKS."

"Stopped in to get two burgers for wife and I . We actually went in just for burgers but wife ended up getting shake and I got a cone. .My ice cream was good but the shake was way to sweet. She didn't like it and neither did I . Other than that place was clean and double bacon cheese burger was good. Wife request extra pickles and they delivered. So Burger King made your way. Very clean and well kept restaurant"
