"They literally left a pile of salt in the middle of my burger. Not just alot of salt, but an actual pile of salt... Both ladies at the windows were extremely rude, with zero awareness of their language or volume around customers. Inmates at the jail care more about what they cook, and better behaved than this place."

"The food is good, the place is clean, service is great. My only problem is you can't eat in peace because homeless people come in with thier nose dripping giving me a hard luck story wanting me to give them money or buy food for them. I'm not trying to be mean to them but I work for my money and have a family to support. There are places for them to go for help, all I want to do is eat in peace. I wish management would do something about that. I come from California where there is a large homeless problem and I've seen businesses like restaurants close down due to harassment from the homeless I hope that doesn't happen here in Lubbock."
