"While waiting for my order I over heard the lady say they needed two plan cheeseburgers as apparently mine without pickles was given away. When I checked, the cheeseburgers was plan with nothing. Then when I asked about them the staff got into an argument with me saying they didn't have pickles. While technically correct because they had nothing else. The staff would not remake so I ended up leaving."

"Why have a person that's mad at the world working the drive-thru??? After ordering I drive up to the window to pay. The girl reads my order to me but leaves out my french fries. I asked her about it and she snaps back at me saying it's on the order and shuts the window. She hands me my receipt and I say thank you but no you're welcome or anything like that. This girl needs to be working somewhere else instead of dealing with the public"

"We went to the register to place our order, waited 5 minutes before being greeted. While trying to place our order the employee walked away twice to talk on the phone without so much as an excuse me. We ordered a happy meal, double quarter pounder and a quarter pounder meal. The happy meal was correct. The double quarter pounder was a single and the quarter pounder had torn buns. We took them back and the staff was rude to talk to. The manager pointed out that the only charged for a single so ok I’ll deal with that but the manage had a staff member fix the burger with the torn buns. He proceeded to change the buns with his bare hands. When we point this out the get upset that we demand a fresh burger be made with the peeper using gloves."

"The people were nice but the service is slow. I ordered and after 15 minutes and 2 times of people coming out to bring others their orders, most of which came after we did, we finally got our food."
