"Came to drive thru realized didn’t have my card but had my phone it was 7:01am so lobby should be open when to the door and it was locked was told they don’t open the lobby until 8 but sign says 7:00am had to go to another restaurant to get breakfast"

"I wish I could rate it 2.5 stars - I ordered a 40 pieces McNugget and a large fry with a large sprite through the app because I was looking for something quick and easy that didn’t taste absolutely terrible. I got there a few minutes after I ordered because that’s never been a problem at this location before. I tell them my code, do the song and dance and the lady at the window essentially shoved my drink in my face and mumbled at me to pull around to the front. I didn’t understand her and when I went to ask for clarification, she had walked away from the window. I went through the line again to get clarification (it’s been almost 20 minutes that I’ve been waiting now) and went and sat in my car for almost another 30 minutes. I tried calling the store twice, to no answer, and it was only when I flagged down an employee who was running curbside pickup orders that I got acknowledged. I have medicine that I can’t take until I’ve had food and it also time sensitive. Not happy with the employees, except for the nice lady with a face tattoo on her upper right cheekbone. She got me my food quickly after she was made aware of how long I’d been waiting"

"My food is never on the mobile order shelf. And it was behind the counter. What’s worse it they helped two people that got there after I did. Then talked to me like I wasn’t worthy of the time of day. Then called me a man. No apology. I don’t recommend this location."

"The meat was literally raw, and we tried to call more than 3 times with no answer. When they did answer the lady was very rude 0/10 do not go to this McDonald’s. Also no ice was in my drink it was room temp and the fries where very cold upon arrival"
