"I'll start off by saying I like the owners and staff here and really enjoyed all of my interactions with them. I brought a 2019 Honda Rancher to this business on 25 July 2023 for a fuel related issue. The machine was shutting off immediately after firing up. I left it with them for a few days to diagnose and they came to the conclusion that it was simply bad gas. They flushed the system, gave it gas treatment and fresh gas, and sent me on my way $315.72 later on 2 August. I brought the machine home and parked it in the garage while I healed up from a minor surgery. On 11 August I tried to fire it up and it was still having the same issue, shutting off on its own immediately after startup. I called and dropped it off again on 15 August. I received a call that they now believed it was a fuel pump issue. They replaced the pump and charged me another $300+ even though I was told on the phone that because of the back and forth, I would be charged for parts only. This was not communicated and I ended up paying the full price once again, even though this was a repeat issue that wasn't identified the first time. To top it off, I picked up the ATV coated in mud and dirt with 1/8th a tank this time around. We will not be returning to Beast Mode for any of our other Powersports equipment needs."
