"I like Robert I've known Robert for a long time not always always the best place but sometimes it's pretty good. His prices on electronics are Fair and his furniture is pretty nice but I don't know if he's competitive or not with other companies that sell the same thing. Other than that I really don't have anything bad to say about him or anything good to say about him I just want to be totally honest without being afraid to go in there. It would be nice if in some way he could just be a little bit more friendly. Just my own opinion."

"We purchased a new refrigerater in January of 2018. It made loud funny noises from the start. A repairman came out within two weeks but because it wasn't making the loud noise then, he told me to record the noise if I could even though I told him exactly what piece (mechanism) the noise was coming from. Later last year I requested again that the refrigerater be fixed but no one responded. Finally I stopped in the store one last time in April of 2019. Again the same service man came and again I told him exactly where the noise was coming from and again to no avail! Will NOT purchase from them again!"
