"Go to Chickfila instead. You can count on getting your food on time and the correct order. This location is always late with order pick up or "your order didn't come through on the app.""
"Wish I would have came here to see the reviews before I wasted my money on a Grubhub order from here, but hindsight is 20/20. Ordered 2x pick twos and they forgot the soup on an order. 4 items and you can't get the order right. This is why I stopped ordering from the location on Milwaukee and also why that store is no longer open. I don't know what has transpired with Panera in the last few years, but their quality just continues to go downhill. I used to order them constantly in two other states and never had as many issues as I've had with the Lubbock locations. Just sad that one of the few slightly healthier choices we have here, and they can't get simple orders right!"
"I keep coming back because I used to love Panera, but this location is constantly out of what I order (everything bagel) but they never say they are out till I have already paid. They repeat back my order right after I say it and I have to go back over my order again, and last time I went through the drive through I had almost a half hour wait as the only one in line for 2 dozen bagels and 3 tubs of cream cheese. They were also out of tubs of cream cheese and 1 of the types I had ordered and just gave me a bag of individuals. The one on the other side of town does better, just so far out of my way."
"My first sign to go somewhere else was the parking lot - only 2 cars at 11am on a Wednesday. Once inside, the place was dead empty. No one was at the register. I waited a few minutes to place my order. The time to receive my order was fine. The quality of the food was satisfactory. There was no lids at the drink area, napkin dispensers were empty, no utensils available to self grab, lemonade containers were empty. The 2 few workers who I saw were attentive when I asked for things. But I could also tell they were busy trying to juggle multiple job tasks. This location needs some serious help."
"We waited over 30 mins for our food. We got a salad, two soups and a sandwich. There was not a lot of people in there today. My salad that i spent $12+ on with no avocado because they don’t have any. The chicken was cold to slightly frozen. The salad looks like half a salad. I could’ve gotten a better salad at McAlisters or potbelly."
