"The shrinkflation is getting outta hand. Everything is smaller, from biscuits to Big Macs. The kids meal only had 13 fries in it. 13! It has not been a one off thing either. Multiple times. Folks, do what you want with your money but I would not recommend any McDonald’s in the Permian Basin."

"Our food was cold to the point we could not eat it while taking my husband to his work class. We had to wait until we returned to the hotel to heat it up. The wait time for the drive thru was out the parking lot onto the road so we went inside. We ordered off the kiosk because no one was at the register. Other than the cold food no complaints. The place itself was clean."

"The lady I assume is mgmt was rude because I could not understand her with her mask on and when we finally understood each other she threw my food on the counter. My coworkers receipt printed blank and he didn't know his number, she got an attitude with him and had someone else pass out his food. Customer service is nonexistent there. I never raised my voice or had an attitude for her to act that way."

"They gave me an incomplete order. This was the evening shift, called the store to speak to a manager and I was told to go back for a replacement. I said I live more than 20 minutes away. I’ll take a refund and manager said she couldn’t unless I was at the store to get it back on my card. I explained to her again I didn’t live close by. She denied the refund and had the audacity to hung up the phone on me. I called again and after several attempts someone answered and it was a different person saying she was the manager on duty, speaking to me in Spanish only. She didn’t speak English whatsoever. I explained to her and she also hung up the phone on me. These Cubans need to calm themselves down. They’re forgetting they’re not in their country to treat people like that. Yes, I absolutely went back to get a refund for the meal that was missing and she was not professional in person either. McDonald’s can do better than this."
