"Made an appointment for 12:45 PM for an oil change online. When I drop my car off they instantly give me a quote of over $200. I said no to all of the services they attempted to up-sale me on even though I asked for only an oil change. They asked if I needed a ride and said I didn’t but would be back at 5 PM and they assured me my car would be ready. Came back at 5:10 PM and my car still isn’t ready... what’s the point of an appointment? Upon checking out the lady told me that on top of the coupon I brought in they gave me an extra discount just for my troubles. I thought that was nice, but upon looking at my receipt they didn’t. So I’m not really sure why the lady told me that when I checked out... she either lied to ease my visible annoyance or the office had miscommunicated. Regardless, it doesn’t really make me want to come back. I hate being the person that gives a low rating but I just feel like 4+ hours should be enough time for a simple oil change and that I shouldn’t be told I got a discount when I didn’t."
