"Ordered a sausage Mcmuffin with cheese. The outside edges of the muffin were so hard to bite thought, if as though I was eating jerky!"

"Didn't get our drinks with our food, had to wait 10 minutes to get cups for our drinks. When we got our egg McMuffin, the egg was undercooked, we asked for a new one and they gave us a sausage McMuffin. Went up to the counter to ask for a correction and they argued with me about what I ordered."

"Got to the drive through window and waited before being helped and was asked for my receipt. After I got my food I was missing two extra hasbrowns I had ordered. Had to go back to get them, when I did manager did not apologize what so ever."

"These guys and gals are hands down the best! Always hot fresh food, oh my goodness! Hands down best fries anywhere! The burgers, everything we get is fresh! I can’t say enough about that! And another big deal, they always get our orders right! These guys and gals are always extremely welcoming. They have fun with it and that makes it a really fun experience! I love to come here and always enjoy talking with them! If your having a bad day, come here get some breakfast, awesome breakfast our number one choice, they will make your day better! "Absolutely the most disturbing and horrific sight to anyone eyes. I spent $30 bucks to not have order correct and given this. The so called spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is pictured below. It was a shriveled up burnt rock between two buns. Then I called the manager Zye and asked what happened. He was not concerned and said I'll refund you. So I asked for corporate number and we are all done with McDonald's."
