"If I could rate zero I would. Rude customer service. Ordered on the App Store had literally one person waiting and I still had to wait ten minutes for my order! Not only that every store I have ordered from has never made my drink so low. I just ordered the drink yesterday at a different location and it was perfect. All manager wanted to do was charge more to give me a splash of milk. Ridiculous. Staff looked like they were all miserable, had no customer service. I’ve never walked into a Starbucks to wait on my mobile order without at least one greeting. Took ten minutes to ask what I needed. Lady had my drink in the back wanting exact instructions on how to make a simple drink. I don’t like that she hid my drink in the back they could have done whatever to it in there. I’m thankful for my refund and will never give this location business again. This store definitely needs professionalism."

"It is one of my favorite Starbucks I've been to. The staff are friendly and polite. Fast service despite the random line traffic. I am not sure what else to say. Although it is on the corner of a very busy road but it feels cozy and clean inside. Good job staff. On the other note, these christmas ornaments are cuteee to have. Get yours today!."
