"Not very happy with the service....I paid 75 to get battery replaced on my phone and it would not take a charge so I called back to complain. The gentleman said bring it back in , and he said to leave it there and to come back in an hour. So I did. When I came back he said he had changed the battery again....well, it did the same thing ( wouldn't charge like it should)....needless to say I ordered one from Amazon for around 20 bucks and when I went in to do the process I found the original battery in the phone... how do I know this? Because the battery in my phone had the same serial number as the phone.. WON'T EVER GO BACK. WORST 75 DOLLARS EVER SPENT FOR A SERVICE."
