"If something goes wrong with order, you expect to be politely handled by staff while the order is fixed. That's not here, you call to complain and after asking for mgr the mgr then dismisses you and gangs up. So you email what you think is corporate and after 2 weeks you get a response and they say hey here is something for your rewards account hope we solve you issue, all they sent is the same free delivery coupon you normally see Just like anyone else they don't care except to just write you off."

"They said they were out of anything that has a flour tortilla which is 75% of their menu items. I understand stuff happens but based on previous reviews this seems to be a pattern with this location. Most likely the result of terrible management. Thanks for the wasted trip!"

"Takes forever to over and to get your food through the drive through they only have have the menu in stock there always out of something they use to be good then they first opened up but not so good anymore"

"The employees are very disrespectful to customers. They don’t hold back on what they want to tell you the cuss at you from window. They also always lock the doors during the day so you can not eat inside and like tonight it is 8:30Pm and no one is there and the store is closed. This place would be great if you would replace the whole staff including Managers since they do not know how to hold there people accountable. They also leave food out and use the next day and don’t use gloves to prepare the food and just like the other reviews they smoke behind the store."

"The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant were pluses. The tortillas were very hard and stale. The chicken strips were very old making the taco not edible. Waste of three dollars. Might consider just skipping this Taco Bell on my next pass thru."
