"I ordered through the app and got the big dinner box deal which is advertised on the app with 5 breadsticks and 10 cinnamon sticks. I “upgraded” to cheese sticks and received both orders cooked together, no icing, messy presentation and an obvious cut out of the missing cinnamon sticks which is visible in the picture. The person picking up the phone blamed the driver who was a “door dash” delivery professional according to the worker at Pizza Hut because he said they don’t have a driver. If true I question management, what I think is more likely is inadequate staff. I will not order from this location again"
"Let me begin by saying that I generally only leave reviews under two circumstances. The first, and far more common instance is when I have an awful experience. The second is when I have an awesome experience such as I had today. Basically, I I believe in giving credit where credit is due. You see, today what started as a frustrating experience as a result of a simple oversight ultimately became an exemplary display of social awareness and dazzling customer service. I have spent nearly a decade teaching business at the post-secondary and graduate level, and experiences like the one I had today are the kinds of experiences I share with my students to supplement their largely theoretical educational framework with real life examples. The situation is as follows : My sister-in-law ordered pizzas for the divisional playoffs. However, when we got ready to chow down at halftime, we discovered a problem! As the sole Muslim in my family, I often experience the unique conundrum of being someone who LOVES pizza but is essentially unable to partake in the most readily available toppings. In this INSTANCE it seems as though, possibly in transit, some of the toppings from a meat lovers pizza found their way on to my buffalo chicken pizza. If you are familiar with Islam then you know that this is essential this is basically renders the entire Pizza inedible for me. Out of curiosity(and as a bit of an experiment) , I decided to call and explain the situation to someone at the store to see how it would be handled. The gentleman I ended up speaking with, Caleb, despite e being clearly busy, took the time to listen to the details of my debacle and then set out to offer an amenable solution. Upon arriving at the store after speaking with Caleb he was exceptionally polite and went the extra mile to ensure that I did not feel as though I was inconveniencing him or his colleagues by virtue of my request. We had a brief, yet meaningful conversation as he assured me my pizza would be replaced free of charge and was already in the oven. Again, this was truly a master class in emotional intelligence, leadership, and customer relations. Thank you so much Caleb for your efforts. Hopefully this review serves to highlight you're outstanding representation of not only yourself but your store today. And if not, rest assured that the story of Caleb will live on in the mines of countless isn't students on their way to obtaining their MBA."
"I normally do Uber eats and since I ordered food out of El Paso I figured why not at home the quality of the food was terrible. The food got was seemed like day old pizza. No point in calling they hung up when I asked to speak to someone about my order. You can’t even chew thru it. I more mad at myself should have ate local."
"5 starts completely! Even though there was a new employee attending me he was very humble and friendly, since it was also my first time going to pizza hut i took some time to decide. Ultimately, I don't recommend dine in as the menu is outdated but you can use the app. Prices are from 10 dollars to 30 in an average dining."
