"Worst service ever Sean lied about checking on extended claims we went ahead and approved all the work over $ 5000 and then check with claims company and was told no claims was put in after claims approved there part of the work we where told those parts where on backorder would take a month after a month and half we check on it withSean and he said it would be another month I then decided to do my own research and found out one of the parts was obsolete and you couldn't get it and the other was across town at the other Ford dealer in town sowe decided to go ahead and pay for the work that should have been already completed when the wife got there and no work had been done and then Sean tried to charge over twice the diagnosis fee when my wife got in the truck she said it look like they left the windows cracked during the dust storm"
