"This is not the first time I have given this location a try. It literally depends on whose working, and even then it is a hit or miss. I've gone in once and they told me they were out of decaf. Another time they told me their decaf machine wasn't working. Today I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch. That came out good. I also ordered a grande hot chocolate. I thought it was simple and you couldn't mess that up but the cup tastes like hot water. I couldn't remember the hot caramel coffee I liked but knew it was sweet and the guy said macchiato so I went with that. He gave it to the guy in training and didn't monitor him. The kid made a regular and I asked if it was decaf he apologized and said he would make another one. He remade it and I went all the way to the truck to load up groceries and tasted it. It was straight hot water with whipped cream. I walked back in and had them remake it. Third time they made it and it was complete garbage. It tasted like a regular cup of decaf hot coffee with nothing in it. I am tired of wasting my money at Starbucks when all they do is mess up orders left and right. I'd go to the other stand alone location, but they are worse."
