"Service is consistently inconsistent. Customers should be able to expect to go to ANY business and get the experience to order and receive what is ordered without concern. We as consumers should be able to receive what we pay for. Confirmation is requested on screen when ordering and in some cases read back from employee, but still made wrong or expedited (bagged) with items missing or incorrect. Sad thing special orders are printed and attached to wrapping. Consumers should not be degraded when calling to correct the issue. Consumers are out time and fuel now to return to get something already paid for that was neglected from the Company without compensation eliminating the convenience of Fast Food and time saving. Take some pride and coach personnel to have some as well."

"Ordered breakfast for 3 people and they charged me nearly 30 dollars. They rang me up for 4 different drinks and when I told the cashier at the window she forced the drink at me and said we already made it so just take it. I told her that I was also charged for it and didn't want it and she waved me off and said have a nice day in a rude tone. So I was stuck with 2 iced coffees that were both completely undrinkable and ended up getting tossed. A very disappointing experience."

""fast" food is a joke, they will almost *always* make you go wait in parking lot for 5-10 minutes. Today there were 7 cars waiting for their lunch, this is pretty typical, even late in the afternoon when there's nobody else in line. Stop trying to hide the fact that you're not prepared to serve people, and just let a line form. That way, people know what to expect, and your kitchen staff won't constantly be overwhelmed trying to work 10+ orders at once."

"One thing McDonald’s has going for it is the ability to have a consistent experience with it’s food across multiple locations. The service, while it should be similar, can vary widely from place to place. This McDonald’s completely forgot/missed our mobile order. When we went inside after waiting for what seemed like forever, they seemed just as perplexed as we were. The employees were kind, but offered little in the way of explanation. A new order was placed and delivered after a short wait. Looks like there is still some work to do here."
