"I paid almost $20 for 2 McDoubles and 3 Frappes. The McDoubles were typical. These are the frappes I got. When I asked why they weren't full, I was told that's just the way we make it. I didn't realize that shorting the frappe and making up the shortage with extra extra whipped cream was an acceptable business practice, but am sadly not surprised."

"Not good...This establishment is going down hill at a fast pace...Hear others complaining all the time about the service you don't get at this location...You wait online with other customers just to watch the employees text on there phones...You get to watch them jump around and play in the kitchen area...There may be 6 to 8 employees there, but only maybe 2 are working...Like I said, the others are standing at the coke fountain area, or texting, or jumping around playing in the kitchen area...wow...what happened to customer service...B_u_r_g_e_r K_i_n_g where are you...Come back to Borger..."

"Got there at 1pm. The place wasnt super busy or anything and it took an hour for us to get 2 burgers and some nuggets. Workers refused to even talk to us when we tried asking what was taking so long after initially waiting 30 mins. They ignored us and only responded after 45 mins and it was someone who just came back from break who even acknoledged us!!!"

"Soda machine was broken. Said there was only powerade. Chose that and got blue water. Ordered Big Mac a few days ago both meats were on bottom with 2 pieces of bun above it."

"Service here was terrible. Over 10 employees and all they did was joke around and not do anything. No one was in front of me and it took over 15 minutes for a bag of ice, medium fries and two apple pies."
